• Liability Waiver: My Business Design, LLC is not responsible for any inaccuracies, misinformation, or unintended consequences that result from reliance on AI-generated content. Users assume full responsibility for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.

Users may input text, images, or other materials (“User Content”) into our Services. By doing so, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you submit.
• Your use of our Services does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other legal protections.

We do not claim ownership of User Content. However, by submitting content, you grant My Business Design, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and generate AI-based outputs based on your inputs.

• No Exclusive Rights: Any content generated by our AI system is provided without an exclusive license and may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.
• Copyright Ambiguity: AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection under applicable laws. My Business Design, LLC makes no representations or guarantees regarding the ownership or copyright status of AI-generated content.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content you use does not infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights. If you intend to commercialize AI-generated content, you should seek legal advice to confirm its status under copyright law.

Users agree not to use our AI-generated content for the following:

• Unlawful Activities: Violating any local, national, or international laws, including fraud, defamation, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Using AI-generated content to plagiarize, reproduce, or misappropriate copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary content from third parties.
• Deceptive or Misleading Information: Presenting AI-generated content as verified facts without independent fact-checking.

Violations of these terms may result in account termination, revocation of service access, and legal action where applicable.

My Business Design, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Reliance on AI-generated content.
• Copyright or intellectual property disputes related to user-submitted content.
• Business losses, revenue losses, or reputational damage caused by inaccuracies in AI-generated materials.
• Unauthorized use of AI-generated content by third parties.

By using our Services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Business Design, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of:

• Your use, distribution, or publication of AI-generated content.
• Any claims of copyright infringement, trademark misuse, or other IP violations related to content created using our platform.
• Your failure to independently verify AI-generated information before use.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon:

1. Posting on our website, or
2. Sending an email notification to registered users.

By continuing to use our Services after updates take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy.
